For over twenty years, David Abramoff has advised clients on assessment issues affecting real property. He represents clients in appealing property tax assessments throughout Maryland relating to investment properties including apartments, office buildings, warehouses, retail centers, hotels and marinas. David counsels business owners in connection with a myriad of day-to-day issues affecting business operations. He represents a variety of retail, office and industrial developers in the acquisition, financing and leasing of their projects, and assists land developers and builders in matters relating to residential lot development and home construction.
David is the co-editor of the “Procedure-Tax Property” chapter included in the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers multi-volume publication Maryland Taxes. After graduating from law school, David clerked for the Honorable Judge Howell W. Melton of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
